mldsanorm is the rejection gate of post-quantum ML-DSA (Dilithium, FIPS 204) signing — the fifth building block of the ML-DSA line. It is delivered as a licensable soft-IP block engineered as an ASIL-B Safety Element out of Context — not just RTL, but the complete functional-safety work package needed to carry it into an ISO 26262 program:
mldsa_norm is the rejection gate of post-quantum ML-DSA (Dilithium, FIPS 204) signing — the fifth building block of the ML-DSA line. It implements poly_chknorm: given a polynomial of centred coefficients and a runtime bound B, it decides whether any coefficient’s magnitude reaches B, and if so rejects the whole polynomial.
FIPS 204 (ML-DSA/Dilithium poly_chknorm); ISO 26262 ASIL-B SEooC (SPFM 92.12%, LFM 94.97%, PMHF 1.04×10⁻⁸ /h)

Typically deployed in secure boot, firmware authentication, key storage, and confidential on-board communication.
Pricing, the per-IP FMEDA, safety manual, and RTL data room are shared under a mutual NDA.
Figures are pre-silicon engineering-grade estimates for a Safety Element out of Context (SEooC); final ASIL sign-off is the integrator’s, supported under NDA. FMEDA and Safety Manual available under NDA.
